The Cloud Penguin Boots are the most difficult piece of armor to get, as a full set of Flame Penguin armor is required to obtain the Cloud Penguin Down in the recipe. They have the same level of protection as the regular Penguin Flippers, but a different effect: they reduce fall damage to 1/3 of the normal. The Feather Falling enchantment also stacks with the effect of the Boots, so that Cloud Penguin Boots with Feather Falling IV would cause the player to take only 7% to 19% of normal fall damage. These boots can be repaired with light blue Penguin Skin.
