Penguin Shuriken

The Penguin Shuriken is a throwable weapon and is one of the two used by Ninja Penguins. It delivers half a heart of damage when thrown. It is not craftable, and can only be obtained by killing ninja penguins, which drop 0-8 shurikens on death.
